FLOWER Hazel Passed away peacefully in York Hospital, on October 12th, 2016, aged 86. Much loved mum of Stephen and Helen, special nana to Rebecca and Jennifer and great-nana to Joel. Funeral Service at York Crematorium, on Tuesday, November 1st, at 1.00p.m. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to Ward 26, York Hospital.
