JOHNSTON (Annie) In loving memory of my darling wife Annie who passed away on April 22nd, 2016 aged 77 years. Much loved mother to Andrew and Tracy, Debbie and Jim and Robert. Nana to Amy, Oliver and Thomas. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday, May 9th at 11.40a.m. Family flowers only please, donations may be given to The Alzheimer's Society, a plate will be provided at the service.
