HAZEL Avelina (Lena) Passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2016, aged 93 years. Beloved wife to the late Bill, cherished mum to Ann and Gwen, stepmum to Olive and Phillip, loving sister, mother-in-law to Tony and John, adored nana, great-nana and great-great-nana. Special thanks to Mulberry Court Care Home and family Doctor for their care and support. The Funeral service will be held at St.Edward The Confessor Church on Monday, February 15th, at 12.00 noon. Donations will be given in lieu to St Leonard’s Hospice.
