LEWIS Ann On March 18th, sadly and unexpectedly Ann passed away, aged 58 years. Loving wife of Bob, loving mum to Claire, Sam and Steven, much loved grannie, sister and auntie. Funeral service at York Crematorium, on April 9th, at 3.40 pm. Family flowers only, a plate will be provided for donations in lieu of Breast Cancer Awareness.
