SMITH John Harold (Harold) Retired farmer of Acaster Malbis. On February 13th, 2015, passed away peacefully in York Hospital, aged 94 years. Beloved husband of Margaret, dear father of Andrew, David, Simon and Caroline, father-in-law of Liz, Janet, Ruth and Tim, dearly loved grandfather of Fran and Kitty, Megan, Hugh, Charles, Flora and Hannah and George. Private cremation at York Crematorium on Friday, March 6th, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Holy Trinity Church, Acaster Malbis at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Holy Trinity Church or The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution.
