HORNSHAW David Edward (Ted) Passed away peacefully in York Hospital, on August 25th 2014, aged 88 years. Much loved dad of David and daughter-in-law Judith, dear brother of Eileen and Sheila and a dearly loved grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, September 10th at York Crematorium at 10.20am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to support Cancer Research UK. A plate will be available at the service.
