BOOTH Andrew James (Andy) Passed away unexpectedly, on Friday December 7th 2012, aged 48 years. A much loved partner, son, brother and uncle, will be very sadly missed. _ Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium, on Thursday January 3rd, at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be gratefully received for York MIND and York Wildlife Trust, a plate will be provided at the service.
