A TEAM from The Press have started a five week health challenge with York gym, David Lloyd.

Press employees Sue Mayman, Megi Rychlikova, Laura Knowlson, Nicola Haigh and Nadia Jefferson-Brown have started the challenge which will see them improving their health and fitness with the support of the Hull Road gym.

The challenge is being offered to other businesses in the city and will see the team which loses the most weight over five weeks being named the winner. David Lloyd is offering teams tools to succeed such as coaching, programmes, seminars and advice.

The Press team's efforts will feature in the Health and Wellbeing pages at the end of the health challenge.
