BOSS Mick Cook can call on several big-guns to boost York City Knights ahead of their crucial National League One clash at Batley.

While the Bulldogs have no major injury worries, Cook has a lengthy list on the treatment table. However, prop Adam Sullivan, who was rested for last week's brave Challenge Cup defeat at Huddersfield, and wingers Austin Buchanan and Peter Fox and hooker Jamaine Wray, who were cup-tied, all return, along with fit-again centre Chris Spurr.

Paul Thorman keeps his place at half-back after impressing against the Giants, meaning Phil Hasty stays out, while Jonny Liddell starts at hooker, with Wray on the bench alongside Craig Farrell, who is likely to switch to the second-row.

Batley, seeking a second successive win, will hand home debuts to on-loan Huddersfield prop Jon Grayshon, and back-up three-quarter Olly Marns, while winger Jamie Stokes is pushing for a recall. Mark Toohey is a slight doubt with a shoulder injury.
