YORK City Knights maintained their 100 per cent pre-season record with a 32-14 victory over Castleford Tigers at Huntington Stadium.
Knights captain Tom Hodgson scored a hat-trick of tries to earn the man of the match award, while he also lifted the Paul Higgins Memorial Trophy.
Joe Stearman also crossed the whitewash twice, and Tom Stancliffe maintained his record of scoring in every friendly outing.
Dan Fairclough and Danny Grimshaw kicked two conversions apiece.
