YORK Knights have seen a second player in as many months named amongst the Betfred Championship's best.
Following in the footsteps of back-rower Bailey Antrobus, half-back Ata Hingano has now been selected in Rugby League World's magazine's Championship Team of the Month.
The Tongan international has formed a fruitful partnership with Liam Harris in the halves under new head coach Andrew Henderson, despite a string of injuries, the latest of which will likely rule him out of Sunday's Betfred Challenge Cup Fourth Round tie against Sheffield Eagles (12:30pm).
Before that, the half-back had notched an impressive two tries and six assists in three appearances, including a sublime flicked pass to makeshift full-back Joe Brown at newly-promoted Swinton Lions.

He has been joined in the Team of the Month halves by Warrington Wolves loanee Riley Dean, whose kicking game was outstanding for Championship leaders Featherstone Rovers against the Knights last weekend, while Dan Spencer-Tonks, who crossed for a brace against the Knights a fortnight ago, has also been included.
Speaking about Hingano's inclusion, Knights head coach Andrew Henderson said: "It’s fantastic, and it’s great that our players are getting recognised like that for their performances.
“I think that I’ve made it very clear with the difference that Ata has made to this team when he’s available and he’s playing.
“Our job now is to manage him the best that we can and we’ve had a really good chat about how, going forward, we can get him back to where he needs to be so that we can get a consistent run of games out of him."
