THE winner of York City's Emirates FA Cup first round replay with Chester will be televised live on the BBC for the second round clash with Wigan Athletic.
York welcome Vanarama National League North outfit Chester to the LNER Community Stadium on Tuesday, November 14 (7.45pm) for the first round replay, after the two sides were held to a 0-0 draw last weekend.
The winner of the match will welcome former FA Cup winners and Sky Bet League One side Wigan on home soil.
BBC have chosen to televise the fixture for Friday, December 1 (7.45pm), to be shown on BBC Two, BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport.
If York were to beat Chester and host Wigan, then both York and Wigan would receive a live broadcast fee of £60,000.
