YORK RUFC go to Bridlington on a Yorkshire One roll.

The Clifton Parkers take on their seaside rivals having won their last five league matches and another victory would strengthen their mid-table position.

It will also be a test of how far they have come in recent weeks, with Bridlington currently occupying the second promotion spot in the Yorkshire One table.

They are forced into a couple of changes.

Nic Ventress is missing from the centre and Sam Potrykus, usually a winger, comes in to partner Rob Taylor in the centres. Darren Rutherford is at loose-head prop, with Rob Allen at tight-head.

Pocklington are away to Dinnington in Yorkshire Two.

The South Yorkshire outfit are locked in joint second place with Castleford and going all out for promotion, and Pocklington’s tough run-in also sees them take on Castleford the following week.

Pocklington and Dinnington drew 10-10 when the two sides met at Percy Road at the end of November.

Henry Mitchell is back at halfback but Ben Rees is in Wales for the weekend. In the pack Ed Bean makes a quicker than expected comeback from his nasty head injury of a fortnight ago, while Yorkshire Under-20s front row John Aikman also returns to the senior squad after being part of the Yorkshire side that trounced Cheshire 95-0 last Sunday.

Elsewhere, Malton and Norton entertain Keighley at The Gannock in Yorkshire One, Selby are at league leaders Old Brodleians and, in Yorkshire Four, York Railway Institute travel to Burley.
