AFTER five successive victories Nestl Rowntree RUFC were disappointed to lose 17-11 away to Garforth 2nd XV after building a healthy lead.
'Trees got off to a great start with winger Sean Harvey crossing in the corner after a series of forward drives had sucked in the defence.
John Atkin added a penalty to give an 8-0 half-time lead.
Nestl lost influential flanker Dom O'Sullivan with ankle injury early in the second half but stretched their lead to 11 points with a second Atkin penalty.
Straight from the restart 'Trees turned over possession and Garforth took full advantage with a try under the posts and they turned the game on its head with a second score a few minutes later.
Rowntrees almost regained the advantage when they drove over from a lineout but they were unable to ground the ball and Garforth had the last word with a penalty.
