MORE than 180 youngsters from 19 schools were in action at the 13th annual junior sports tournament at Queen Margaret’s School in Escrick, near York.
Beeston Hall beat Cundall Manor to win the hockey tournament in a reversal of fortunes from last year’s final.
Richmond House edged out Pius X in an incredibly close netball final, winning 5-3.
A field of 38 runners lined up for the cross country and St Mary’s Prep School claimed the gold medal.
