JOSH DEPA bagged four goals as Haxby Town beat Huntington 14-2 to reach the final of the York FA Under-14s Intermediate (Junior) Minor Cup.

Huntington's Euan Surgenor and Tom Free were on target for the hosts in the Construction Marine Ltd-sponsored competition, but free-scoring Haxby could not be contained.

Depa's haul was backed up by a hat-trick from Billy Browne, two goals from Joe Fielding and strikes by Finlay Burbidge, Joel Gallagher-Coates, Luke Conkleton and Jack Coates, plus an own goal.

Haxby will face Fulford in the final after they beat visiting Brayton thanks to a goal by William Turner.

The final of the Pavers Shoes-sponsored York FA U16s Senior Minor Cup will be between Rawcliffe Tigers and Easingwold Town.

Easingwold drew 1-1 with hosts Stamford Bridge before claimed a final spot with a 4-2 victory on penalties.

Unbeaten York Minor League division two side Tockwith put up a strong fight against division one leaders Rawcliffe, but they eventually bowed out after a 2-0 defeat.

Rawcliffe took the lead on 25 minutes when George Brown latched onto a through ball and Adam Wilson made sure of victory five minutes from time as he hammered the ball home from 18 yards.

Dringhouses edged their way into the York FA U12s Junior Cup final following a 4-3 penalty shootout win at Huntington.

The home side were first on the scoresheet through Dylan Holroyd after two minutes, but Dringhouses' Liam White levelled with an 18-yard strike on 25 minutes.

White scored his second goal on 45 minutes, but Huntington soon levelled through Ben Calam to send the tie to penalties.

In the other semi-final, Brayton were 3-1 winners at home to Brooklyn.

Tom Lally and Spencer Smith were both on target to give the hosts a 2-0 half-time lead.

Harry Jackson scored Brayton’s third with an 18-yard shot, but Brooklyn’s Billy Leach pulled a goal back ten minutes from time.
