SARISKA smashed the field in classy style to win the Tattersalls Musidora Stakes at York Racecourse.
Michael Bell’s filly swept past her rivals in the one mile two furlongs contest – leaving the Newmarket-based handler ecstatic about her prospects for Classic glory in the Epsom Oaks next month.
Rider Jamie Spencer led the three-year-old 3-1 shot to the front of the field at the two furlong pole and Sariska kicked on to an impressive three and three-quarter length victory over Star Ruby.
Enticement, owned by The Queen, was a warm 7-4 favourite but could only finish third.
