CLIFFE crashed out of the East Riding County FA Qualifying Cup after a 3-2 defeat at Hull-based Waterloo in round three.
Kev Taylor put Cliffe in front in the first minute, but Waterloo levelled with a free-kick early in the second half.
Waterloo then went 3-1 in front before Luke Crowther pulled a goal back as stoppage time approached.
Billy Atton was Cliffe’s man of the match.
