TADCASTER Albion have lost two more players to Scarborough Athletic as the Brewers' search for a new manger hots up.

Last season's top scorer Joe Lumsden and former York City youngster Harry Coates are the latest departures to the Flamingo Land Stadium.

The pair join Will Annan, Pete Davidson and Ellis Barkworth in making the switch to John Deacey's Evo-Stik League premier division outfit.

Lumsden moved to Ings Lane from fellow east division side Stocksbridge Park Steels for the start of the 2018/19 season, scoring 25 goals in 40 appearances in all competitions. He looks set to join the premier division's joint-top scorer James Walshaw at the Seadogs.

Centre-back Coates featured in 50 games over the course of two seasons, finding the net three times in that period.

Taddy are also inviting formal applications to fill the role of departed first-team manager Simon Collins, who left at the start of this month, with CVs due in by 5pm on Tuesday, May 21.

Former Bradford Park Avenue and Farsley Celtic man Deacey, meanwhile, is getting business done early. This week, Boro have also announced the signings of former Isaac Assenso - who has played for Leeds United, Scunthorpe United and Ossett Town - and T'Nique Fishley, who makes the step up from Northern Counties East League premier division outfit Yorkshire Amateur.
