HARROGATE Town can continue their charge up Conference North when they take on Gainsborough at Wetherby Road tomorrow.

If results go their way, Town could find themselves in second place in the table come Saturday night and, having conceded just 17 goals all season, they'll be confident of notching their 12th win of the season against a struggling Gainsborough outfit.

Harrogate swept past Lancaster 3-0 last weekend and, following an excellent 1-0 win at Hinckley, are in confident mood.

With no injuries and no suspensions to trouble him, boss Neil Aspin (pictured right) has a full squad to choose from, but he says his side will be taking nothing for granted.

"This is a very even league. The teams at the top can be toppled by the teams at the bottom," he said. "We're not really concentrating on league position, we're just trying to concentrate on our own team.

"Defensively we've done very well - we've been really solid all the way through the season. You need to do well at the back and all we are thinking about with this match is three points.

"We've got no injuries or suspensions but when we get into February and March, when we've got a lot of games, we do have a couple of players on four bookings and that could then play its part."

Scarborough take on Alfreton Town in Conference North, who are making their first trip to the McCain Stadium in nearly 40 years.

The cash-strapped Seadogs, who recently received another four-figure donation from their supporters club to keep the wolves at bay, will be looking to close a six-point gap on Gainsborough, who lie just outside the relegation zone.
