CLIFFE will face Drum Athletic in the final of theEast Riding County FA Qualifying Cup at Pocklington Town on Tuesday, April 29, after a 5-2 extra time win over Waterloo in the last four.
Waterloo took the lead on ten minutes and doubled their lead from the penalty spot after a foul by Kev Simpson.
Waterloo were reduced to ten men when their keeper kicked out at Si Houlder before half-time.
Substitute Wes Pears began the comeback ten minutes from the end of the tie and Tom Hogg then headed in an equaaliser in stoppage time.
Reuben Pearse put Cliffe 3-2 ahead from a free-kick in extra time and Ryan Sedman then stole the show in the second period, scoring twice and then seeing a penalty saved.
