Jon Falkingham put Hemingbrough in front with Dave Clarke equalising for York RI.
Andy Sykes (3) and Scott Nicholls (2) starred for LNER Builders' in their 5-3 win over Civil Service whose goals came from Mark Lund, Rob Cook and Neil Greer.
Fulford are still rooted to the bottom of the table following their 3-1 defeat at Norwich Union. Nick Henshaw, Dave Johnson and Joe Micheli netted for the insurance side with Mike Richardson hitting Fulford's reply.
