JACK Storey scored a stunning 132 not out for Hunters York & District Division One leaders Hull Zingari as they maintained their advantage with a six-wicket win against Beverley Town at Norwood Park.

Andrew Burton (65no), Tom Norman (59) and Kieran Simpson (53) all scored half-centuries for the home side as they reached 259-5, but their efforts were eclipsed by Storey's second century of the season, Alistair Markham (44) and Alex Dale (40) also contributing to a fourth straight win.

The derby at Aspin Lane went the way of home side Knaresborough as they beat Harrogate by 62 runs to keep up the pressure on the leaders.

Natt Cutts (68) and Sam Davies (60) helped the hosts reach 223, despite Cameron O'Donnell, who only returned to the visitors late this week, making an immediate impact by taking 4-55. Graham Whiles contributed 46 to the total and then went on to take 5-17 as the visitors were bowled out for 161.

Sewerby slipped one place to third as they were held at home by Ripon.

An unbeaten century from Scott Cooper (114no) helped the hosts reached 220-8, despite James Briscombe (5-40).

The visitors replied through Elliott Oates (78) and Josh Crewe (31) and finished on 196-7 to take a share of the points.

Hornsea escaped the relegation places thanks to a victory at Dringhouses, which owed much to Ashley McKinley's 95 in a total of 171-4, but it was Richard Medford (32no) who steered them to a much-needed win.

That came after the hosts had been bowled out for 169, Liam Hancy being the top scorer with 62.

Folkton & Flixton extended their unbeaten run to six games with a win at Selby.

Tom Norman (4-28) and Harry Walmsley (3-54) did most of the damage as the home side were dismissed for 167, which included 58 from Elliott Precious and 40 from Alex Bowden.

Richard Malthouse replied with 61 before Antony Stones sealed the points with an unbeaten 36.
