THE top of the table division one clash between Sheriff Hutton Bridge and Helperby was rained off in the Pilmoor Evening Cricket League.
Persistent and heavy rain last Wednesday meant not a ball was bowled in the latest round of fixtures in the league.
The other games abandoned in the top division were Alne v Sheriff Hutton, Newburgh v Clifton Alliance and Sessay v Thirsk.
In the second tier, there was no play in the four scheduled fixtures - Civil Service v Acomb, Easingwold v Crayke, New Earswick v Dringhouses and Raskelf v Huby.
