YORK City have signed Cambridge United midfielder Courtney Pitt on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has made more than 100 appearances for Cambridge since joining them in 2005.
As part of the deal, Simon Russell has joined Cambridge on loan until the end of the season.
Under the agreement, neither player will feature in tomorrow's Blue Square Premier clash between the two sides.
Meanwhile, Kevin Gall has signed a permanent contract with the Minstermen until the end of the season following a successful loan spell.
Winger Craig Nelthorpe has joined Luton Town on loan.
