YORK City were held to a 1-1 draw at Lewes on the final day of the Blue Square Premier campaign.
Mark Greaves gave a much-changed Minstermen side the lead on 80 minutes.
However, Joe Keehan salvaged a point for relegated Lewes with three minutes remaining.
