YORK City have been fined £500 for surrounding the match officials in their recent 3-1 defeat to Wealdstone.
The FA have charged York for breaching FA rule E20 in the recent fixture versus Wealdstone, after the players surrounded the officials in the 64th minute of the match following a decision.
The club have therefore been fined £500, which has been accepted by the Minstermen as a standard penalty one.
York were ordered to control their players and failed to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion during the match, in which City were comfortably defeated by play-off hopefuls Wealdstone.
Wealdstone have also admitted to the charge and have elected a Paper Hearing.
Goals from Corie Andrews, Tarelle Whittaker and Tarryn Allaharkia meant that Adam Crookes’ late close-ranged strike was merely a consolation, just over a week ago.
