FIVE York City Knights Ladies players have been named in the newly-formed England Women Knights squad.
York's Jasmine Bell, Emma Kershaw, Lacey Owen, Sinead Peach and Tamzin Renouf have all been selected in the side's first squad of 19 players.
Owen, Peach and Renouf have all been previously capped by England's senior side and will be seeking recalls through impressive displays for the Knights.
The new team will be led by Leeds Rhinos head coach and former England international Lois Forsell, who will work alongside ex-Bradford Bulls boss Kirsty Moroney.
