PAULI PAULI will be available for York City Knights' season opener against Featherstone Rovers following the conclusion of the RFL's independent Operational Rules Tribunal.
Pauli had been handed a Grade B charge for dangerous contact after York's 32-10 pre-season friendly defeat to Castleford Tigers earlier this month.
As a result, the Knights' high-profile off-season signing was set to be suspended for two matches, including the Betfred Championship round one clash with Featherstone.
The forward was however found not guilty at the Tribunal and is set to make his competitive debut for York against Fev on Monday evening (7.45pm).
Head coach James Ford will however be without half-back Liam Harris for three matches after a Grade D charge for punching against the Tigers.
After pleading guilty to the charge, Harris has been fined £300.
York centre Jacob Ogden will also miss the Rovers match as he serves a one-match suspension for Grade B dangerous contact.
