YORK City Supporters’ Trust has launched their 2021 survey for fans.
The survey is available now online, and Trust volunteers will be carrying out in-person interviews at tomorrow's Southport match.
Fans will be provided with an opportunity to feed back on issues including club operations, communication, stadium facilities, pricing policies, transport and ticketing.
It is hoped the findings will highlight common issues and enable the football club to improve customer service, the Trust says.
A Trust spokesperson added: “The survey is intended to provide some valuable insights that shine a spotlight on the common problems to begin a healing process in the coming years. We encourage all fans to play their part.”
The results will be published in early November and will feed into a review, vision, mission and plan for the club’s future currently being worked on by the Trust.
