YORK City Knights head coach James Ford has responded to reports linking prop forward Jordan Baldwinson with a return to Bradford Bulls.
Baldwinson has been a regular in the Knights forward pack since moving to the club on loan midway through the 2019 season from Wakefield Trinity.
And, according to Yorkshire Live, he is a target of York's Betfred Championship rivals Bradford for next year.
Responding to the speculation, Ford said: “Jordan is a good player and there’s going to be in interest in Jordan.
"I’m sure, as with Sam (Scott), if Jordan was going to sign for Bradford then he would come and tell me and he hasn’t so far.”
Ford himself is out of contract at the end of this season and speaking on his own future, he said: “Talks are ongoing. I’m sure there will be some announcement around the corner".
He added that it was probable that an announcement would be made before the end of the season.
