YORK City will host Sunderland in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday, July 21.
The Minstermen will kick off at 7pm at the LNER Community Stadium, with ticketing details to follow.
City have now named all of their home pre-season friendlies, which are against the North East trio of Newcastle United, Sunderland and Middlesbrough.
Thus far, York's confirmed pre-season matches are Whitby Town (A) on Saturday, July 10 (TBC); Newcastle (H) on Sunday, July 18 (2pm); Sunderland (H) on Wednesday, July 21 (7pm); Middlesbrough on Tuesday, July 27 (7pm); Ossett United (A) on Tuesday, August 3 (7pm).
