YORK City Knights' trip to Halifax Panthers on Sunday will now kick-off at 11.30am.
The Betfred Championship clash had been due to commence from 3pm, but has been brought forward so as not to clash with England's first group stage match against Croatia (2pm) of Euro 2020.
In a statement on the club's website, York said that they are "awaiting details from Halifax Panthers and their local council regarding whether away fans will be able to attend the match," at the Shay Stadium.
Knights fans have been able to attend the club's last three matches - against Oldham, Bradford Bulls and Swinton Lions - following the easing of coronavirus restrictions, the latter of those drawing a record crowd of 1,451 at the LNER Community Stadium on Sunday.
Fans will be able to watch York's game at Halifax live on the OurLeague app, with live stream passes now available to buy.
