YORK City Ladies have won the North Riding County FA Ladies Cup after twice coming from behind to beat holders Redcar Town 4-2.
Nikki Brown completed the turnaround 13 minutes from time, adding to goals from Ellie Hall, Shannon Durkin and Sophie Tinson.
This was the eighth time City have lifted the Ladies Cup, their most recent previous success coming in 2017.
It took Redcar just three minutes to get their noses in front but Hall ensured the sides went into the break level with a fine 18th-minute 30-yard strike.
Redcar netted once again after the restart, with Durkin this time cancelling out their advantage.
Tinson got on the scoresheet with a penalty with 20 minutes remaining and Brown put the game out of the reach of last year's winners.
York have also announced the appointment of Chris Hamilton to first-team manager. Hamilton arrives at City from Barnsley and will be assisted by Lee Robinson.
An earlier reshuffle saw former coach Jill Stacey become the side's technical director.
