TWENTY former York City players turned out for Daniel Parslow's Benefit Charity Golf Day at Pike Hills Golf Club last week.
A total field of 41 players took part, include ex-York players such as Michael Ingham, Jon Parkin, Scott Kerr, Michael Potts, Michael Coulson, Darren Kelly, Pat Lally, Andy McMillan as well as current manager Steve Watson.
Former footballers Mark Crossley (Nottingham Forest), Richard Jobson (Leeds United and Manchester City) and Ritchie Humphries (Sheffield Wednesday) also attended as did Match of the Day commentator Guy Mowbray and Premier League referee Martin Atkinson.
Parslow said: “It was a terrific day and everyone appeared to enjoy themselves, even though we did have a little drop of rain throughout the competition.
"I’d like to thank all my former colleagues, ex-players and fans who came along to support and raise awareness for Headway – The Brain Injury Association, during this my Benefit Year”.
The whole event and all prizes were sponsored by Pavers.
