YORK City have withdrawn from the 2019/20 North Riding Senior Cup.
York were due to play Thornaby in the semi-final, with the latter now instead progressing to the final.
They will face the winner of Marske United and Scarborough Athletic.
An North Riding FA statement said that they "completely understand" the decision and stated that there will be no sanction for withdrawing.
