FORMER York City defender Daniel Parslow is hosting a 'Grand Football Quiz' on Monday evening as part of a series of events taking place in his Benefit Year.
Parslow was forced into an early retirement from professional football back in February due to a concussion injury following a clash of heads in a game for the club.
He has since began a benefit year, with some funds raised by given to the brain injury charity Headway.
The ex-City centre back hosted a Benefit Game in October at Bootham Crescent, with his next event taking place shortly.
The quiz will take place at the Acomb Conservative Club and tickets are priced at £5.
There are a maximum of four players per team in the quiz which will be hosted by Mark Woodhouse.
Doors open at 7pm and the quiz begins at 8pm.
There are a limited number of tickets but fans wanting to attend can contact Woodhouse on 07816 983132 or on email at markwoodhouse13@hotmail.com.
