HOOKER Harry Carter has left York City Knights to join Doncaster.
The 25-year-old has left Bootham Crescent after racking up more than 50 first team appearances for the Knights to sign for the League One South Yorkshire side.
A Knights statement on Twitter said: "The Knights can confirm that hooker Harry Carter has left the club to take up a playing opportunity elsewhere.
"The Knights would like to thank Harry for all his efforts throughout his York career since his pro debut in 2013 and wish him well for the future."
