Ryan Whitley 5 – misjudgement proved a turning point in the game and will prove a test in character for young keeper
Kallum Griffiths 7 – played some decent crossfield passes and worked hard to keep Mahon relatively quiet
Jasper Moon 7 – distributed well from the back and refused to be pushed around by Waring
Sean Newton 6 – unfortunate with own goal but reasonably solid otherwise as defensive general
David Ferguson 6 – given a couple of problems by Jackson and couldn’t make inroads down left flank
Adriano Moke 8 – spectacular goal and also did his share of defensive work and chasing back
Scott Burgess 7 – very positive in final third during first half and always looking to break defensive lines
Paddy McLaughlin 7 – timed his run into box to perfection for second goal in three games
Alex Kempster 6 – positive play got him in good positions to hurt opposition only for final pass to let him down
Jordan Burrow 6 – toiled with little reward before being substituted late on after failing to threaten goal
Macaulay Langstaff 8 – had the beating of a scared Thomson every time he ran at him as proven by excellent assist for second goal
Subs: Jon Parkin (for Kempster, 80), Jake Wright (for Burrow, 89).
Subs not used: Adam Bartlett, Hamza Bencherif, Wes York.
Star man: Moke
