YORK FA Junior Cup holders Rufforth United lost their grip on the trophy after a 3-0 fourth-round defeat at Malt Shovel.
Rufforth led their high-riding York Minster Engineering League division two rivals 2-0 at the break thanks to goals by Tommy Butterfield and Luke Pearce.
Deacon Brace made the tie safe on 60 minutes.
Haxby Town Reserves beat Heworth Reserves 3-1 with goals from Tom Maskell, Kieran Ledger and Jay Bell, Adam Galloway replying.
Clifford won 5-2 at Helperby United, while the remaining tie, Thorpe United Reserves v Civil Service, was rearranged for next Saturday.
In the Barkston Ash FA BML Cup, Church Fenton Reserves fell 4-1 to Aberford Albion Reserves.
