YORK City Knights are unveiling the new squad numbers at their fans forum next week ahead of the club’s 2019 Betfred Championship campaign.

Chairman Jon Flatman, head coach James Ford and the players will also be in attendance to meet supporters and answer questions.

Admission is free for the event on Tuesday, which will be held from 7pm at York St John University sports campus in Haxby Road.

Season tickets that have already been purchased will be available for collection, while other season tickets and memberships, hospitality packages and sponsorship opportunities will be available. Items from the 2019 leisure and training wear range will also be on sale.

Knights supremo Flatman said of the events: “They’re a brilliant way of connecting fans, players and off-field staff.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity for people to come together, socialise, ask questions, receive answers, interact and build a bond between players and fans.

“It just keeps fans updated with the latest information and answers any questions people have got.

“The numbers of people at the fans forum has grown each time. There’s an extra-special benefit this December as it’s the first sight of the new kit and the unveiling of squad numbers.

“We just look forward to welcoming as many people as possible.”
