BRAMHAM made it an unlucky outing for Acomb Club by thrashing them 13-0 in division one of the Fastpack Ltd York Sunday Morning League.

Substitute Andy Maxted hit a hat-trick with Lee Campbell (2), Thomas Wilson (2), Josh Wilson (2), Danny Bass, Ryan Ferguson, Josh Tinker and Liam McEntee all also on target in Bramham's third win of the season.

Unbeaten Hounds saw off Hambleton 6-2 thanks to goals by Gary Collier (2), Jason Crisp (2), Thomas Hogg and Issac Leach. Michael Braithwaite and Kane Snelson replied.

Wigginton Grasshoppers won their derby with Haxby Town 6-2 thanks to an impressive first-half performance.

Matthew Mulhearn opened the scoring for Wiggy after seven minutes, firing a low shot home from 20 yards. Good play from James Edmond and Neale Holmes then put in Josh Luckhurst who rounded the last defender before clipping the ball over the keeper into the net.

Three goals in five minutes before half-time then made it 5-0 at the break. Mulhearn added his second, Reuben Young tapped home, and Edmond broke through before dummying the keeper and walking the ball over the line.

Haxby, fighting back after the break, were soon on the scoresheet as George Rhodes impressively lobbed Paul Wilson.

However, Mulhearn raced beyond the Haxby defence to slot home, complete his hat-trick and seal Wiggy's win, before a second Rhodes goal brought Town added consolation.

Malt Shovel thrashed bottom side Brayton 9-1 as Tommy Butterfield (2), Derry Robson (2), Jake Raistrick, Cameron Crowder, Dylann Barnett, James Arnold and Lucas Adshead all got on the scoresheet. Kyle Wilks got Brayton’s consolation.

Atlanta beat Bishopthorpe CFC 4-0 with goals by sub Gareth Traynor (2), Ben Parker and Liam Corbett.

Dom Balance hit a hat-trick as division two leaders Thorpe United saw off Kings Head United 7-0. Matty Duck, Tom Knight, Nathan Sedman and Casey Heath also netted.

Tang Hall WMC kept the pressure on top spot by beating K Town United 6-3. Liam Robertson bagged four goals and sub Bailey Simpson two. Thomas Drake (2) and Mitch Sleight netted for K Town United.

Mitre jumped to third with a 4-2 win over Rawcliffe United, Danny Phillips hitting a hat-trick.

Kieron O’Brien and Tom Anderson both scored trebles as Elvington Harriers beat York Medics 9-3. Josh Mannix, William Thompson and Declan Walker were also on target.

Wentworth edged FC Harrogate 4-3 in a game full of chances. Aidan Collins, Tom Johnson and Diego Perdisci scored to help Wentworth get back to winning ways.
