RUNAWAY Evo-Stik Premier Division leaders Scarborough Athletic suffered a nasty shock when they were beaten 3-1 at Throstle Nest by Farsley Celtic.

The Celts went in front halfway through the first half, but Scarborough came on strong as the game wore on and deservedly equalised through Michael Coulson's header.

The visitors conceded a 68th minute penalty, which Will Hayhurst converted, to swing the game back in Farsley's favour.
