OLD Malton St Mary's continued their excellent start to the York FA U19s Football League campaign with an impressive 4-1 victory at Barmby Moor.
The result saw St Mary's rise to second position in the table, with the bulk of other teams having been involved in county FA cup competitions.
There were also only tree fixtures in division two, the pick being Wheldrake's 3-2 win at league newcomers Tockwith, which came courtesy of strikes by J Richardson (2) and S Murtagh. W Balcombe bagged both Tockwith's goals.
