Vic Moore, Nat Bell and Ash Butler were on target to give Avenue a fine 3-1 win over Leeds Medics & Dentists last weekend.

Meanwhile, Hepworth United came from behind to win 6-1 at Wetherby Athletic.

Two Thackley players – Megan Butterworth and Lois Cooper – went nap during their 18-0 home victory over Boroughbridge in Division One.

Thackley Reserves lost 3-1 in Division Two to new team Huddersfield Amateurs at Old Earth, while Phoenix went down 5-3 to Ossett United Reserves at Dimplewells.

In the FA Women's Premier League Northern Division, Bradford City still aren't off the mark after five matches.

Their latest defeat was by 7-3 at Stoke City, but Shirley Murphy and Demi Wisher put the visitors 2-1 ahead before Zoe Roberts got a consolation goal in the penultimate minute.

Guiseley Vixens made it two wins and two losses with a 2-0 home success over Nottingham Forest, with Olivia Auker and Eleanor Hall getting the goals.

Tomorrow, the Bantams host Huddersfield Town in the league at Eccleshill United, while the Vixens are at home to Blackburn Rovers in the FA Women's Premier League Cup.
