THE captain and vice-captain's cup final in the York John Smith's Ladies' Darts League will see old foes battling for honours again - with Fulfordgate's Michelle Britton and Dawn Exton facing Acomb Cons Club's Tracey Farmeary and Bev Harton.
Defending champions Farmeary and Harton defeated Puss N Boots pair Alison Buckley/Sandra Flintoft 2-0 after a close second leg, then pipped Priory mother daughter Sandra Pallister/Linda Embleton 2-1.
Farmeary closed on 70 in the first leg and Harton threw a 135 and checked on 32 to secure victory.
Britton/Exton beat Tramways' Karen Alton/Linda Staveley 2-0 with double-17 and double-20 finishes, then finishes of double-16 and double-seven saw off Slipper's Doreen Johnstone/Anita Adams.
Qualifying for the triples semi-finals were Farmeary, Jayne Janes and Tina Platt; Harton, Gina Whittaker and Natalie Bosworth; and Britton, Exton and Di Moreland.
