YORK Knavesmire Harriers' Gareth Green set a new course record in the Top of the Wolds Challenge 10k.
Green clocked a super time of 36 minutes 19 seconds for first place in the race, which is based at the pleasant East Yorkshire village of Nunburnholme.
Club-mate Laura Schofield also took victory in the ladies' race, on the back of running spring marathons. Schofield came home in 45-41.
The Harriers had a third victor on the day as Stephen Maddison was first home in the Men’s 45 category in 39-46.
Other finishers for the Mire were Like Osbourne (42-13), Kate Osbourne (51-34), Kelly Temple (55-32), Nicola Clements (56-41), Angela Shepard (59-04), Liz Mathews (59-25), Maureen Medlar (59-32) and Edwina Wilcox (60-06).
In the Lakeland Trails Coniston Marathon, Knavesmire's Mark Dye was the first club runner home in a time of four hours 29 minutes. He was followed by team-mates Nick Griffin (4-38), Mandy Clarke (5-21) and Geoff Merchant (6-54).
In the Huddersfield Marathon, the Harriers' David Smithers finished fourth in a time of three hours 29 minutes 38 seconds, and Phil Dick was fifth in 3-32-29.
