YORK City have signed Blackpool striker Raul Correia on loan.
Terms were agreed this afternoon with the 24-year-old Portuguese attacker, who signed an 18-month deal for the Tangerines last January for an undisclosed fee from Radcliffe Borough.
Correia, 24, has only managed one appearance for Blackpool since, playing the first 74 minutes of this season's 0-0 Football League Trophy draw with Shrewsbury, having spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Guiseley, where he managed 11 appearances and scored once in the National League.
Prior to catching Blackpool's eye by scoring 11 goals in 22 games for Radcliffe in the Evo-Stik first division north, Correia had also played for Chorley.
