BIRMINGHAM City youngster Charlie Cooper has today become Gary Mills' first signing since returning as York City boss.
Nineteen-year-old Cooper has agreed a one-month loan deal, and looks set to go straight into the City squad for Saturday's National League clash with Sutton United.
The son of Forest Green Rovers manager Mark Cooper, the midfielder has previous experience at National League level having played for the Gloucestershire side during a loan spell earlier this year.
