POLICE are appealing for a witness to come forward following a North Yorkshire crash.
On 4.20pm on Thursday, October 6, on the B1249, near Staxton, a green Suzuki Vitara was overtaken by a dark coloured minivan.
The female Vitara driver swerved to avoid a collision and drove into a hedge.
Police are asking the driver of a white van which had the letters NHS on the side, driving in the area at the time, to phone PC Andy Rogers on 0845 6060247.
